9:00 am: Festival begins – all activities open
11:45 am: Activity areas close
Gather near stage for butterfly distribution to persons wearing wristbands
Noon: Group Butterfly Release (near stage)
If you pre-purchased a butterfly/butterflies:
Upon arrival at the park, please check in at the Registration table to receive a wristband for each butterfly pre-purchased on our website. Bringing your receipt is helpful, but we will also have a registration checklist generated from purchases online.
If you did not pre-purchase butterflies online and you would like to participate in the group butterfly release:
Upon arrival at the park, please proceed to the Registration table where you may purchase butterflies while quantities last. There is no guarantee of butterfly purchase availability the day of the event.
Day of the Event Weather Notice
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued for non-participation or if the event is cancelled due to unsafe weather. In the case of unsafe weather, we will communicate how and when attendees can pick up their butterflies for personal release.
